Shipping policy

Gamer's Cove LLC is an online-only store.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-order items will be shipped based on the estimated release date provided in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at Admin@Gamerscove.net
  • When reaching out, please include your name, order number, and a detailed message, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please provide clear photos and contact us within 3 days for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns on trading card products.
  • If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution, at Admin@Gamerscove.net

Cancellations

  • Cancellations can be requested before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge applied when the initial transaction is made.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
